Hours of Operation

• Towing:                      24/7:

Our towing operations continue outside office hours. However, vehicle releases occur only during designated office release times unless otherwise required by law.

• Office Hours:

Monday - Friday

(8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)     

Office hours and vehicle release hours may be affected by State of Florida recognized holidays, in accordance with applicable towing and impound regulations.

• Vehicle Release Hours:

Monday - Friday

(9:00 AM - 4:30 PM)     

Within business hours, as required by county and towing regulations. (ID, ownership proof, and payment required).

• Impound Lot Access:

Monday - Friday

(9:00 AM - 4:30 PM)     

Access permitted for vehicle pickup, inspection or retrieving personal belongings. (Subject to documentation requirements)
